About the Decision Support Network
The Decision Support Network is a discovery and routing layer operated by CCA. It connects people and AI agents with verified decision-support tools — called Decision Support Assets (DSAs) — that help with specific real-world decisions.
What is a Decision Support Asset?
A DSA is a structured, interactive tool designed to help someone make a better-informed decision about a specific topic. Each DSA collects relevant information, applies a decision framework, and returns a useful result — a score, a checklist, an analysis, or a recommendation pathway.
DSAs are not chatbots or general-purpose AI assistants. They are purpose-built tools for specific decisions, with clear safety boundaries and verified outputs.
How Routing Works
When you describe a decision, the network’s routing engine matches your intent to the most relevant verified DSAs. The same engine powers all four access methods: the human search interface, Browser WebMCP, REST API, and Remote MCP.
The routing engine uses intent-aware matching — not just keywords. It considers the type of decision, geography, intended audience, and the verified capabilities of each tool.
CCA Verification Standard
CCA Verified
Built, deployed, and verified by CCA. The tool, its decision engine, and all access interfaces have been tested and approved.
CCA Trained / Independently Owned
Built with CCA training and standards. Independently owned and operated. CCA has reviewed the tool for quality and safety.
Curated External
External tools curated by CCA for quality. CCA has reviewed the tool but does not control its operation.
What This Network Does Not Do
- This is a routing service. It does not independently diagnose, advise, or guarantee outcomes.
- Safety boundaries are governed by individual listed DSAs, not by the network itself.
- The network does not rank tools higher because they are owned by CCA.
- No tool is guaranteed to match every query. If no relevant tool exists, the network says so.
